We are now accepting teams
Boys High School (8th -12th grades)
Boys Junior Varsity (9th - 11th grades)
Girls High School (8th -12th grades)

Shenandoah Valley Youth Lacrosse
Basic Indoor Lacrosse
Sundays Only League - 5v5 plus goalie games only
No practices during the week.
Some training for new players will be provided
No cleats allowed on the turf - athletic shoes only
